We are still getting into the swing of things around here. I forgot to post Thursday's photos on Thursday, but you can take a look today.
Also, I just wanted to give you a little more information about the "Meet the Teacher" night tomorrow night.
It starts at 6:00. All of the teachers of primary classes (K-3) will begin their talks at 6:00 and end at 6:30. Then all the parents will be invited into the gym to meet the staff and Mr. Kelly will share some school information. After that the intermediate teachers (4-7) will give talks in their classrooms. If you have more than one child in primary classes, you may want too end one person to one class and another person to the other class to get information. This is a chance for teachers to share information with the parents about the school year and to answer any questions. All parents from the class come at the same time to our classroom (at 6:00). It is preferable that children do not attend but we also understand if you need to bring them with you. If children come, please bring something quiet for them to do. They will be sitting with you (we will not be bringing toys out in the classroom during our talk). I you do not have children in grades 4-7, you need only to stay until the end of the gym session, which I imagine will be finished by 7:00. I hope this helps! Morning collaborative time
Here we are cutting out our bumble bees. I was SO impressed with the class's cutting skills! They did all of the cutting themselves.
