Good-Bye Summer

While the Grade 1s were in Guided Reading today, the Kindergarteners worked on putting the alphabet letters in order with a partner. For an added challenge, some kids chose not to use a paper to match the letters. Everybody was successful!

We went to 4 different stations in the gym today and had a lot of fun!

We talked about all of the things that we won't see or do anymore now that summer is over and we each picked one to draw for a class book called "Good-bye Summer, Hello Fall".

We had a picnic lunch today!

Here's a look at our "A" sharing....

Oh, we almost have all of the forms and comfort kits in now (thank you!). Thanks also to those of you who returned the "story of my name" sheet for Ms. Zubic.
